$421 high net sale price per SF was up 26% from August 2023, and 17% from September 2022.
$421 high list price per SF was up 23% from August 2023, and up 10% from September 2022.

KEY STATISTICS

Median Cumulative Days on Market: 64, up 8% from August 2023, and an 78% increase from September 2022.
Median Net Sale Price: $862,000, no change from August 2023, and down 18% from September 2022.
Median Net Sale $ per Square Foot: $303, down 10% from August 2023, and a 6% decrease year-over-year.
Median Net Sale $ % Discount from List Price: 2.6%, marking a 33% decrease from August 2023, and a 62% decrease from September 2022.
