Sun City’s real estate market saw a slight slowdown in January 2025. Home prices dipped, and sales activity softened, giving buyers more time to explore their options. With 37 homes sold last month, the market remains active, but sellers may need to adjust expectations as properties take longer to sell. But Sun City outperformed: expected Monthly Trend, Williamson County, Greater Austin (sales reported the Austin Board of Realtors or “ABOR”) and Austin!
