ALEX’S TAKE
St. Paul, about 30 miles northeast of Dallas, is #15 and The Woodlands north of Houston is #21. No other Texas communities made the top 50.
St. Paul is a great place. On Lake Lavon. Just outside of Wylie. The Inspiration Master Planned Community is next door. ALEX strongly recommends the northeast Dallas Region area including Rockwall and Collin County.
As an FYI, ALEX’s CFO grew up in Garland. Lake Lavon was a happening place.

PC MAGAZINE’S TAKE
“…If the thought of a quiet rural setting in Texas appeals to you, check out the area northeast of Dallas. On the edge of lovely Lavon Lake is Saint Paul, a town with plenty of parks and highly rated schools. If you’re working remotely, you won’t be alone, as over 10% of the people who live in Saint Paul work from home. When you need a city fix, Dallas is a 35-minute drive away…”
