  • $12,212,418 total net sales volume: Down 13% from the previous month. Up 39% from the same month last year.

NET SALE PRICE:

  • $270,111 average: Down 9% from the previous month. Down 6% from the same month last year.
  • $159 per square foot average: Down 7% from the previous month. Down 6% from the same month last year.
  • $264,500 median: Down 7% from the previous month. Down 3% from the same month last year.
  • $158 per square foot median: Up 2% from the previous month. Down 9% from the same month last year.

LIST PRICE:

  • $280,289 average: Down 9% from the previous month. Down 7% from the same month last year.
  • $165 per square foot average: Down 7% from the previous month. Down 7% from the same month last year.
  • $269,950 median: Down 10% from the previous month. Down 6% from the same month last year.
  • $164 per square foot median: Up 2% from the previous month. Down 9% from the same month last year.

DISCOUNT FROM LIST PRICE:

  • 3.9% average discount: Up 2% from the previous month. Down 68% from the same month last year.
  • 1.9% median discount: Up 5% from the previous month. Down 83% from the same month last year.

DAYS FROM LISTING TO ESCROW:

  • 57 average days on market: Down 13% from the previous month. Down 19% from the same month last year.
  • 35 median days on market: Down 5% from the previous month. Down 44% from the same month last year.

LUXURY INSIGHTS:

  • $430,000 high net sale: Down 46% from the previous month. Up 2% from the same month last year.
  • $221 per square foot high net sale: Down 67% from the previous month. Down 6% from the same month last year.
