📊 Market Overview
February 2025 saw 35 homes sold in Northwest Georgetown (excluding Sun City), falling short of the expected 46 homes by 24%, based on last month’s sales and the 17.2% expected monthly trend.
Compared to January, sales were down 42%, and compared to February 2024, sales were down 37%. Homes are taking longer to sell, and buyers are showing more hesitation—but pricing has not yet followed suit.
