March 2025 saw 2,292 homes sold across the the Austin Board of Realtor coverage area, well above the 1,731 homes expected based on February’s sales and the projected 32.47% monthly trend—a 25% beat.
Compared to February, sales were up 40.6%, and compared to March 2024, they were up 9.6%.
