“Don truly exemplifies what it means to be a Rainmaker and a stellar Partner. His dedication and skill in transforming our Rainmaker Model are simply inspiring. Specializing in B&Bs, wineries, vineyards and farm and ranch properties, Don has not only excelled locally in Fredericksburg but has also successfully managed a significant land transaction in the Greater Dallas Area and a listing in Lakehills in the Greater San Antonio area. His exceptional commitment and expertise make him a beacon for us all!”
WHAT IS A RAINMAKER?
ALEX defines a Rainmaker as a Partner who:
1. Focuses on clients and prospects
2. Manages the client transaction, anywhere, any size, any type, any complexity by collaborating with other Partners or Collaborative Brokers
3. Delegates almost all “Below The Line” functions to ALEX
Below The Line functions are everything but showing, selling, listing and lead nurturing
Wiki’s Definition: A Business Rainmaker is “…a person who brings in new business and wins new accounts almost by magic, since it is often not readily apparent how this new business activity is caused. It means generating substantial new business or additional cash flow[1] from sources sometimes outside established business channels, sometimes by connecting with people in non-traditional or hidden markets, and sometimes by prompting current clients to spend more money. A rainmaker is usually a key figure in the business or organization,[2] not merely a salesperson, but a principal or executive who is usually highly regarded within the enterprise.”
Please send Don your congratulations!
